You should receive an automated response to this request (check junk/spam if not in your inbox) with several suggestions to reset your password, find your username, links to how-to videos, general VMS instructions and more. We encourage you to make use of these resources to help you navigate the new VMS. Many of your questions and issues are already addressed and will save you time.
Please review the INVITATION/INSTRUCTIONS which were sent (or should have been) when you were informed that the new VMS was open. These will answer most initial login troubles and provide links to a video to demonstrate the first access process. AN OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF THE SUPPORT REQUESTS CURRENTLY BEING RECEIVED ARE ANSWERED IN THIS DOCUMENT.
