BEFORE YOU REQUEST HELP...

Support requests are extremely heavy since the launch of the new system and as more MGs access it for the first time. Please bear with us as we continue to answer your questions and provide assistance with how-to tips and more.

You should receive an automated response to this request (check junk/spam if not in your inbox) with several suggestions to reset your password, find your username, links to how-to videos, general VMS instructions and more. We encourage you to make use of these resources to help you navigate the new VMS. Many of your questions and issues are already addressed and will save you time.

There are now 2 YouTube Playlists available to help you understand, navigate and troubleshoot problems with the VMS. Find them under the GET HELP menu item. One playlist is for MGs and the other is for Admins. If you are an Admin, you should watch them both and refer to them from time to time.

Please review the INVITATION/INSTRUCTIONS which were sent (or should have been) when you were informed that the new VMS was open. These will answer most initial login troubles and provide links to a video to demonstrate the first access process. AN OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF THE SUPPORT REQUESTS CURRENTLY BEING RECEIVED ARE ANSWERED IN THIS DOCUMENT AND IN THE YOUTUBE VIDEO PLAYLISTS.
